Great News AA Group Coffee Maker Punch list

•	Please arrive by 6pm as the coffee requires 50+ minutes to brew

•	**THE DOORS:** The outside door unlocks/works strangely. Insert the key, Push the door in, then turn the key to the right, pull the door open. The lock makes no noise or sound when you turn it, so don’t bend the key waiting for any click sound. Lock makes NO sound.  To secure the door open. there is a Allan wrench key above the inside door frame. Reach up and find that key. Pressing the door exit bar in, Insert that allen key into the center hole in the push bar turning allen wrench key to secure push bar “in” and unlocked. This keeps the door unlocked for others. Reverse these steps when closing up our meeting space.  The inside door also needs to be secured open, basically in the same way, by holding in that push bar and turning the key to unlock and secure/hold that push bar in and lock open.

•	**THE COFFEE:**   The large urn is in the closet. All Great News supplies are on your immediate left as you enter the closet.  Start the coffee first, Always fill the urn with 60 cups of cold water (must be cold. DO not use warm or hot water. The heating sensor will not operate properly if you do.) 60 cups of water needs 4 measured cups of coffee grounds. Please Don’t guess...

1. Fill the urn with cold water to the fill line.
2. Place stem into heating well(9).
3. Add the 4 cups of coffee grounds to the coffee basket.
4. Place the coffee basket(4) on the stem(8), and place spreader(3) onto basket.
5. Place the coffee basket onto stem(3), making sure it is seated into the heating well(9) securely in the urn.
6. Plug the urn into an outlet.
7. The urn will automatically begin to brew the coffee.
